My credit card was hacked and transactions were done with my card. My card was blocked on 28 November 2012, by Woolworhts after I alerted them of the transactions I have written many e-mails and phoned Woolworths, The only response was that the matter was forwarded to the relevant department or persons. The underwriter of the Woolworths credit card is Absa and I have received the same lack of response from them.
All I want is my card to be unblocked and the transactions reversed. I am also charged extra with financing cost due to the highter amounts on my card
