On Saturday the 26th of Jan 2013 I took out a temp loan of R3000 through my gold cheque account. It stipulated that there is an initation fee of R390, which was fine and I agreed. TWO DAYS later, the money was taken off my acoount (28th Jan 2013), with the R390 amount, I did not even get to use the loan, and I paid R390, so I actually just got robbed of R390!!! I took out the loan for a reason, and desperately need the money at the moment! I went into the bank to sort this issue out, and was told its been put through to admin and takes 5-7 working days to process! This is unacceptable!! I need the loan that I was promised, and I need it sorted out, it was not my fault the money was taken, and now I have to deal with the stress!?? Please can someone get back to me and have this sorted out today! If it can be given to me instantly through an ATM, it can be transferred back just as fast, I do not accept these excuses!
