I booked my car in for a service at Hyandai dealer Edenvale. I was told that because I an over 1500km of my service interval Liquid Capital would not honour my service plan agreement and I would have to pay for this service. I read my maintenance handbook and couldn't find anywhere where this was noted. I was totally unaware of this fact and so feel that Liquid Capital are taking advantage of a technicality that not many consumers are aware of or it hasn't been enforced correctly.
