I received an sms that my policy is in arrears. Ive tried numerous occasions to call number provided but there is no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. I have no knowledge of a policy and would appreciate feedback. I am in dispute with Direct Axis regarding a loan enquiry which I declined months ago, and getting no where with them either, how is it that Hollard is third party to this? Im being unlawfully debited amd sent from pillar to post. Id like someone to clarify my 'policy' that I dont have
