So last month I decided to pay off my account with Bridge loans. Firstly I received 3 different settlement amounts. As if that was all, I was told there's R500 outstanding. So on the 28th as soon as money was paid into my account, Bridge loans debited my account with the full monthly repayment of R1589. I called them and was told in order for a refund to be done, I need to fill in some forms. Did that and the last response I got was that form received and sent to refund department. Today I sent them 2 e-mails enquiring, and Peggy did not bother to even respond. All of a sudden I get a notification, and guess what, only R583.80 was refunded.
Now basic maths should tell you, R1589 - R773 = R815 including the extra cents. So why am I GETTING OVER R200 LESS THAN MY REFUND??? THIS COMPANY I MUST ADD ISN'T ACTING ETHICALLY. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS QUESTIONABLE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
