I was contacted by one of the consultants of Hollard as i had just opened a funeral/life policy. I had 30 days to make my choice and or to cancel the policy. The consultant contacted me and i explained i do not want the policy and it should be cancelled. He assured me that it would be and on 25/04/2013 the money for the policy gets deducted from my bank account. I have put a stop order on as well and yet they still changed the codes and still debited my account.
I need someone to clarify why this has been done and also i want my money back
