FREAD-How many times should one cancel a policy

Hollard supposedly sold me a credit protection plan when I took a Loan with direct axis. This Loan was paid up more than a year ago, According to Direct Axsis the policy should have terminated when the loan was paid up. 1stly the money still goes off my account every month for almost 18 months now, 2nd I have tried cancelling this policy numerous time, 3rdly it was life insurance not credit protection and lastly have tried to talk to some one at hollard, phone email etc, however it seemed to much effort for the web enquiry person to read an email properly and to use my id to trace this policy no. they clearly expect their clients to do their work for them. literally begging hollard to get in touch with me with back and front emails, not only cant they be bothered to do contact me but proceed to take a double debit order of at the end of last month as I made sure the funds were not in my account the previous month for them to deduct. So 18 months of paying for a credit protection plan that was life insurance, to date no policy scedule or information and then they actually refuse to deal with me. some one should tell them that is misrepresentation&.FSB here i come
