I called Altrisk on Monday to make two small amendments to my policy. I was told to put my amendment request in writing and email this through. I did do that and it has been 3 working days already and I have had zero feedback!!! I am so disgusted at this shoddy customer service. When will anyone contact me so that I can make these 2 small amendments?
