I recently noticed that Altrisk has been debiting my account and when i call them to ask what the money was for I spoke to a lady by the name of Phumeza who i can say was helpful and told me that it was for a funeral cover with Hollard through Direct axis. that was also the first time i saw a copy of the policy which only had my details and nothing else, not even a beneficiary.
when i called Hollard i gave them the policy number and they told me that number doesn't exist and that i should call direct axis which i did but to this very day i haven't heard anything from them. they say they are investigating.
Now what i find confusing is that the lady i spoke too at direct axis also asked for the policy number which i gladly gave to her and to my surprise it didn't exist there either but now they are busy investigating who knows what.
if i indeed took out that policy weren't they supposed to send a copy?
