I had a motor extender policy with Hollard. initially when they were selling the policy to me the agreement was that they will pay the supplier the agreed amount on the policy schedule. Now my car has a problem they tell me to pay the service provider and claim afterwards. And the service providers doesn't want to use their policy because of the bad paying record. I would advice other people not to take the Hollard moto extender policy is not helping just contributing money to Hallard. Client don't benefit from this policy.
