I am receiving requests via phone call and sms from Vericred for accounts already paid. Also Vericred charges interest on accounts when i did not even receive an invoice for the account. How do you pay not even knowing what exactly you are paying for.
I think they should relook at their systems and processes before they start calling people again. The level of COMPLAINTS about Vericred on Hellopeter speaks volumes for the poor quality service they provide.
