I am at my wits end. The service I have consistently received from Nedbank staff is poor to shocking. The culture of rudeness that is displayed by every person I have ever dealt with at Nedbank should surely be a cause for concern for the leadership of the company?
I need help with my bond account which has been messed up by YOU. No-one is willing to listen and to offer any CUSTOMER SERVICE, you know, that wonderful thing that brings you more clients and keeps your current ones happy and stops them from leaving your bank to go bank somewhere else?
I would love to speak to someone nice.
