I wish I hadd never switched to FNB!!!

First my overdraft was messed up then my debit order switching got handled by 5 different people who cant seem to co-ordinate with each other or even look at the system and keep on phoning me about the same issue over and over and then lastly my balance transfer on the credit card was also messed up.
oh and my call has been dropped over 4 times!!!
They are useless!!! 1
