Couldn't care less!

On 7 Jan 2013 CAPITEC received funds amounting to some R80 000 from ABSA who had flagged the transaction as "possible " 22 days later they are still holding the funds and any attempt made to establish the status of their enquiry, results in total silence... their desk won't even acknowledge that the monies were received. CAPITEC may have been a shining star in the industry when they were smaller and cared about customers... now they seem to have gone the way of ABSA and couldn't care less. how long can it really take to check and return monies that were received with a warning? I wonder who will take responsibility for paying me the interest I am losing while CAPITEC takes their time... not CAPITEC... that's just how they do things!!
