WHERE IS THE INTEREST CAPITEC???

Had my savings/investment account closed. Capitec are very quick with this!!! However, my investment account has been active for 11 days and should have received interest which Capitec ignores... I want my pro-rata interest up to and including the 11th of November 2013. It is about R4000.00. Come on Capitec, we are almost there in closing my accounts...
