I sent my phone in due to it switching on and off and they informed me they can fix it and i just needed to pay an excess amount of R150 and the repairs would commence. On Monday, 28/10/2013, I e-mailed Patiswa the deposit slip and asked her how long will the phone take to get back me and her reply was 2 to 3 days, I informed her i would give her an extra day to send the phone to me and she said I will get it by then. Now after sending her an email yesterday and this morning she replied saying the phone will be back sent to me this afternoon and did not indicate by when i will get it, due to the fact I'm in P.E and they are in JHB, I would like them to cancel their insurance with me because i have been to and they never keep to their word.
This is the second time I have claiming and both cases I had to complain before my claim could be resolved.
