Desperate for clients?

Decided to buy a house and went through an agent. They went to every bank and did applications. Absa replied and told me they are denying my application cause my bank records with them is not acceptable. How can that be cause in an email from them they state I`m not a client of theirs, never have been. Ok fine, I dont care as FNB was more than happy to help.

My issue? Now I`m getting stupid SMSs: "Absa Arcadia-tak sal op Vrydag 1 Nov tydelik sluit vir opknapwerk."
I am not a customer and will never be, cause my "bank records" with you aren`t ideal as you wish.

Please remove my number from your system.
