I must say that ABSA is truly a horrible BANK and it's no wonder why they lose their clients to FNB the innovative bank. My husband and I got a home loan via ABSA which the first time around they had declined and we have been banking with them for years, they only approved us after we went to show them that we have been approved by NED Bank and off which we do not bank with them. The house we bought is at Juskei Midrand and it has been registered by the attorneys and the developers do not want to give us the keys to the house because they state that ABSA's holding up the process by not sending a valuator to go evaluate the house so funds can be released to the developer. All the other people who bank with other banks have moved into their houses accept for ABSA clients, funny enough the bond has been scheduled to go off next month which means we will be paying while we HOMELESS!! And that's how ABSA makes their money so they can pay their INCOMPETENT STAFF!! By the 1st I want to have moved into my house and I don't care how this incompetent bank does it BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET OFF THEIR and do SOMETHING FOR A CHANGE AND MAYBE THEY WONT LOSE CUSTOMERS SO MUCH!!
