This has been my first claim in around 15 years, so aside from being shaky from the smash and grab attempt, I also didn't know what I would need to do. Deekay was extremely helpful and patient, and arranged everything swiftly. I received a call from a glass fitter shortly after putting the phone down with Deekay, who were equally as helpful and friendly. Thanks!
