Hi. I attended swimming lessons at the Old Mutual gym that was being taught by Lucinda Davids and was unsatisfied with the training that included more than 8 individuals from different skill levels. My partner and I were given hardly any attention eventhough we paid significant fees upfront. I complained to the gym manager who refused to assist or to arrange for individual lessons and instead asked that we no longer attend. Shocking service and strange that a financial institution behaves in such a manner. I still need to be refunded for the remaining 12 lessons (for 2). Please Old Mutual can you get back to me and assist? I can forward through email correspondence detailing above mentioned communication with Marius.
