Oh my goodness! To be honest, I didn't think that there would be any other complaints as Duncan Ebedes said that I was the first person that had had a problem! I signed up for Piano lessons two months ago. I negotiated 3 month's lessons for R1000 (I'm in sales, I negotiate all day) and Duncan was all too happy to agree to this deal as it was also my birthday. I paid him the money via internet banking and proceeded to go to my first lesson. I arrived, only to find a bunch of students trying to decide who would teach me. I was a little concerned that nothing had been organized in advance. Needless to say I ended up being ''taught'' by somebody who had never taught piano lessons before! I wanted to learn how to read music and the guy that tried to teach me started the class with a shy laugh and said ''I have never taught piano lessons before, I'm not sure why Duncan put you in my class''. I did not find this amusing. I had paid R1000 up front on the trust that I would be taught what I paid for. The instructor that I got ended up playing ''a famous song that he knew'' and tried to teach me how to play it. He couldn't tell me which notes it was that I was playing, which was the reason f
