Booked 22 lessons with Hollywood driving school. Advised that lessons should be scheduled around my shifts. Owner agreed and asked that full payment be made. I had done that and only went for 4 lessons. Tried to book a lesson for this week however ended up being shouted at by both owner and instructor. I feel very uncomfortable to continue with lessons and asked that I be charged for the 4 lessons and refunded accordingly. Owner insisted that this could not be done and rudely cut the call. I honestly feel that this is unfair!
