This I probably my third or forth complaint about the swimming lessons and the pool in Witbank.
The manager is not around to see to my complaints and will not be back this week. This is not good enough. The pool has been out of order for a week or so at the beginning of April and now again it has been unable to be used. I pay my membership fees and only use the pool. When it finally does come into use, the lessons, that I was assured would stop still over run the pool.
I have put in complaint after complaint and I have been promised that things will get better but they don't. I am very disappointed in planet fitness for their attitude towards their members. The fact that nobody gives enough of to do anything about this is a serious concern for me. I would like to know what is going to be done.
I would also like to know if the instructor giving the swimming lessons is making a profit from them and if all his students are gym members. Why should he profit while I sit and wait for swimming lanes?
Very angry member.
