3 Weeks for Access bond

So I'm trying to get access to my extra funds which I paid into my access bond over the past couple of years.
Knowing that I applied for this as I opened the account, I tried to transfer the money out of the account, but failed. I got an error which told me to contact the branch.
I was told that there was a block on the access facility and that it would take 4 working days to be lifted. It's now almost 3 weeks later and the block is still there. And to top it off I have to re-apply for the access facility as Standard Bank closes it if you don't use it within a 6 month period. I managed to gather all of this information after about 20 calls to standard bank.
Seriously both my Wife and I are prestige clients - you'd think we would get better service from my Prestige banker and the bank as a whole. i feel like know one that i have spoken to in this entire process really cares about their clients.
