FNB has stopped allowing customers to bring printed copies of their own statements that they send you and therefore only giving us one option of printing statement at R11 per page for them to stamp. Now considering that the average person cannot afford hundreds or thousands on statements - this is crazy.
Should they retrieve the statements they charge R32 rand per month. For the number of times that a decent professional would require to use these statements, its a rip off. Even the most expensive printers cost R5 per page.
