I have since settled my account 2 months ago and realized that I overpayed.today 30/10/2013 I spoke to a consultant by the name Elizabeth who claimed I owed them -R150.i went crazy and told her how to manage their clients account.she accepted that they need to refund me, she also promised to aliviate the matter to her seniors.i have been since waiting for their call.im thinking of taking this matter with my attorneys.
