On the 31st of October, I received an sms saying that R299 has gone off my FNB account. This is now the 4TH TIME that this has happened that a debit order has gone off my account that I did not authorize. I phoned Prevention line to report it, they gave me a phone number that does not exist/ does not get answered. I told the service agent, Ntombizodwa Mdluli, that this is clearly a case, her exact words were "Sorry we cant help you, you have to phone customer services to get the transaction reversed". WHAT IS FNB DOING TO KEEP MY MONEY SAFE??? NOTHING!!! My wife is also with FNB and she has the same problem. Am I going to have to report this to NCR, Carte Blanche and papers etc, and change banks, or WILL FNB HELP ME??? It is not on that my hard earned money gets every month and FNB Prevention CANT HELP ME!!! I BET MY HEAD THAT THERE IS NO INVESTIGATION GOING ON!!!
