I had an accident and was asked to send all the documents including police report of which i did. I am still waiting for them if i call they will tell me someone will call me but nobody calls i have to follow up with them everyday still with empty promises. Ample Insurance took my r500 for adminstration when i took up the policy but their claim deparment is full of lying people they say will call you just now they dont call at all as well.
