Internaly manipulation of cancellation dates

Old car was traded on the 1st of october and new car was added on the policy the very same day. On the 2nd day, an updated policy was received for the old car. I decided to cancel policy both car with a month notification. On the 4 day, new car has been involved in the accident, when submiting claim. Insurance affinity underwriters accused me that i refuse to install tracker on my car which result to claim not registered. On the policy, tracker should be installed within 7 days n i was still on day 4. A week later i phoned to check reasons why both cars were canceled and dates. Old car was cancelled on the 1st of september with a reason that they received a notification that i got a better insurance and new car was cancelled on the 1st of october with a reason that they dont have my banking details i have been with the for more than a year. 1st of october was the first day i bought a new car. How possible is that. Insurance are playing with us. They are happy to deduct monthly premium but when it comes to an accident, they dont want to pay. Advice to people, we must be careful to insurance like Affinity underwriters insurance and ample insurance brokers
