Thanks FNB, once again I'm so disappointed with the service, after my first complaint also about a credit card, and FNB sorted it out in 3 days, I thought give them a second change, well Big surprise, I have now been waiting for my new credit card since the 20th of Jan 2013 (9 days later and no card!!!), I was told 3-5 working days, every time I phone the call centre, to find out where the card is, I am told that it is at head office and it will be delivered to the branch I want to collect from. Still no call form FNB or a branch. I am really fed up now.
