STILL NO CREDIT CARD

I ordered a credit card 3 weeks ago in the Long street Cape Town branch. The banker I dealt with explained it would be with me in 5 days. This left me ample time to get my credit card before going to Dubai, it is now two days before I leave and still nothing. I just got off the phone with the premium banker service and she cant give me a date or time of the card arrival.

The website clearly state " Apply for a Gold Credit Card and have it delivered within 3 working days wherever you want"

I have had nothing but trouble since applying for this credit card. Bad services in the branch, phone calls conveniently hang up when the operator cant answer my question and unfulfilled promises of call backs.

I am now left unsure of what to do and if I will have a credit card for my travels.

I have been very impressed with FNB in the past but this has left me a very sour taste in my mouth, and I am not sure I will be able to continue with this level of service.

I will be taking this forum to facebook to see if anyone else as received similar treatment.
