Today I recieved a call from Gabby in the collections team... she introduced herself and then commenced with telling me my account is in arreares and when can i pay. I explained im not sure when i will have the money and i explaine that they normally deduct on a 23rd... and she talks again saying they tracking my account since 21st and there was nothing in my acount and again she asked when can i have the money... and i answered didnt i just tell you... I asked Her for her name and she said Gabby, I asked for a surname and she with ATTITDUE reply that she doesnt ahve to give it as there is only one gabby in this team... Now i know i owe you, bescause you failed to deduct the money on my pay day... But i dont have to TOLERATE your RUDE staff... I expected someone freindly to call... someone who is willing to assist me to make arrangements or someonthing... please get rid of that girl., .. she is going to bring down your company...
