On the 19 October I discovered a leak on my wall between my bathroom and kitchen. A consultant from Alexander Forbes arrived and established that it was indeed a leak from a broken pipe.
Quotes have been submitted to Alexander Forbes however I am still waiting for the quote to be approved so that the work can get started. Meanwhile, my patience is running out and my wall is becoming more and more damaged.
I have been following up with the consultant at Alexander Forbes and every day I am told that she will get back to me by the end of the day - however to this day I am still waiting for an answer! I have even tried to speak to a manager, however this has also not proved useful at all.
I am extremely disappointed in the service that I am receiving, especially from a supposedly reputable company as Alexander Forbes - which unfortunately is not living up to that reputation at all!!
