I sent my details through to Alexander Forbes contact form (On their site) and I've been waiting to get contacted since the morning. I then wrote on their Facebook Wall - They replied with "Hi Morgan. We appreciate your patience. Someone will be in touch with you shortly." And now its close of business... What exactly is the duration of "shortly", and is this how all the people who want to invest treated? I'm really disappointed by the poor level of service for such a reputable company.
