I have been with Alexander Forbes for a little of over a year and in that entire period I have yet to walk away satisfied with the client experience. My service consultant has faied to demonstrate the brand values synonymous with Alexander Forbes and I have been left grossly disappointed with the quality of service I've received. I regret ever entering into a contract with this organisation and wish that my decision to leave my previous insurance company was not so hasty because I had grown accomstomed to the superior service I was afforded there. Every interaction I've had with Alexander Forbes required numerous follow ups because responses to emails, calls proved to be a tall order for my service consultant. I feel undervalued as a client and have made the decision to cancel my contract with Alexander Forbes and will not look back.
