I have emailed her Yesterday about a big Query reagrding money that i need to transfer to another account, she didnt even have the desency to come back to me another person came back to me! Now i phoned her to ask about my mail se didnt reply on, how dare she put the phone down in my ear while im still busy talking to her??? she didnt even listen to me she just kept on talking... Standard bank how can you give somone a job if they doesnt fit the description for a team leader if she leads the team that what no one wil ever bank at standerdbank ever again!!! Thats why im moving to another bank because there team leaders know how to deal with the costomers!!! A team leader should sort out problems and musnt make the problem bigger by having an attitude!!!
