And unauthorised debit orders

I have no idea who this company is and why they have my details but they keep debiting off my account, they say I applied for a loan but if so, should I not receive money into my account before they deduct money from it? And to top it all, when my bank and I try and investigate, these two ladies were extremely rude over the phone, when I asked if this is how customer service works, I get told no but that's how they work. I asked them if I signed authorisation to debit and they said yes and as soon as I asked them to send me copies of this, they told me I ticked a box and didn't sign. Also, even worse, when I call them, if I give them my first name they have all my details already. The worst company ever!!! my money!!! Beware
