I still do not believe we still have such recognised places like Nandos with workers who are so rude to customers.30minutes ago i went to Nandos west street next to broad street, i orderd a meal and the siphokazi asked if i have 20cents change i said no and she gave me R50, without any notice i asked if my change was short with a very short tempered and rude manner she responded with how much sisi check the slip before u talk and i said to her she doesnt need to give me attitude because i was asking she said i must not use the word attidude if i dont know what it means with her eyes rolling i asked for my money back as im no longer intrested on the meal she said stuff my money i rather take it and leave because she doesnt care, trainee came and apologised and asked to assist me i said thank you can i have my money back the manager stood aside and the lady continued dissing me aside and the trainee calmed her down. Is this the service taught to all the employees to give to customers?? if so i would rather go to other rstaurants and spend my money there, to siphokazi girl you will not go far with that attitude, no one wants someone who chase clients away instead of retaining them sies
