NO REFUND OF OUR MONEY

On 15 August 2013, we (a group of 6 scuba divers) went on a diving excursion to the Red Sea. The arrangements were all made by Gabby Metcalfe of Sandton Scuba, the agent of Blue O Two. On her recommendation, we booked a Luxor extension, which implied that once we came of the Blue O Two live-aboard boat, we were going to be taken to Luxor to do some sight seeing. On the last night of our stay, we were summonsed by the captain of the boat and told that we were no longer going to be allowed to do the Luxor extension, but had to fly directly back to South Africa, due to political instability in Luxor. We were assured that the additional money we had paid, would be refunded to us. We returned on 24 August (more than 5 months ago) and have been bullied around by Gabby and Blue O Two, to get our money refunded. Every excuse in the book has been used, to delay the payment. It has gone on for too long!!! When can we get our money refunded?
