On the 03.07.2013 I phoned Reggies at the South Coast Mall in the Lower South Coast off Kwazulu Natal for a replacement quotation for things that was from my house, for insurance purposes.
The lady that answered the phone did not really sound very excited to be helping me, after I explained the situation and that it was urgent as I need to submit it to the insurance, she agreed to do the quotation and sent it to me via e-mail.
A day later and still no e-mail so I phoned them to check how long they will still be with the quotation, I was told they were short staffed and that it is school holiday so it means they are busy, they can't guarantee me when I will get the quotation needed. It has been written on a paper but it needs to go onto the laptop and as she explained to me she (they) are very busy so she does not know when I will receive it.
I mean really so this is the type off service one can expect form a well known place like this. Wow just like ag shame you just have to wait as I can't do it now I am busy... We all are busy at our jobs, it is your job to give a client excellent service...
