FNB is unable to Adhere to a Quotation given to me on the 19/08/2013. I was given an insurance premium of R649.07 when called by the consultant. Today i tried to make an alteration to the policy which meant including the MP3 Player in the vehicle, this increased the premium by a R120.00. I then declined this offering and requested to stick to the original quotation.
Unfortunately, as per the consultant, the system would now not allow the original quotation, meaning that the original quotation valid from 19/08/2013 to 26/08/2013 is no longer applicable.
This is really bad service, and restrictive. Sadly, i will not be taking the insurance with FNB, and moving accounts over to another bank, I fear the reputation of FNB and "how can we help you" slogan doesnt apply.
