Closed my Credit Card with ABSA (I will not even go into the details of how they closed my savings account by accident as well and the problems I had there) spoke to head office, received a letter that the account is closed - yet online its is showing active, and now in arrears because of a finance debit that went of on Friday.
Phoned the third number your consultants gave me, one guy says the account is closed, the other guy says it is active. Apparently it is IMPOSSIBLE to close my account with you. And this will obviously reflect badly on MY credit record and become my problem again in 3 months time.
And then they ask me why I want to leave...
