MONEY NOT SAFE AT CAPITEC!

I had my account cleared out by a very sophisticated hacker.
My internet banking profile was accesed, my details changed, a benificiary added and every cent transfered to this account. I have been to the police, got a case number as requested by Capitec. When I phoned to find out how the investigation was going I was told that the account the money went to was empty and there was nothing they could do. OF COURSE the account is empty, this is and the money was probably moved immediately! HOW CAN A FINANCIAL HOUSE NOT DO ANYTHNG TO PROTECT MY MONEY? We trust our banks to keep our hard earned money safe, they have showed no interest in assisting me with the that occured ont THEIR watch, a breach in THEIR security! How many more people need to lose all their money before Capitec wakes up. They have a serious breach in their security and their clients money is no longer safe, they are not responding or replacing the the money that was taken out of their bank on their watch. I have now lost everything because I bank with an institution that cannot keep my money safe and cannot respond to an incident in a propper manner!
