Someone transfer money from my account without my notifications and Capitec is not assisting me even though their security was breached, the tellers advised me to go to the police, and this happened a day after i come from the bank, meaning the teller saw the balance on my account and the bank is the only institution thats have my confidential information, i need money, they promised me they will call within hours, but is almost end of the business day and they have not call, i am dissatisfied with capitec bank being careless with clients accounts, because yesterday i phoned them to suspend my mobile banking but this morning it was still active and the tellers refused to tell me times when my money was transfered
