The company which i had no agreement with debited an amount of R400 from my bank account when i went to Capitec bank they responded that they dont do reversal because the companies have approached them complaining.
what about me i'm the one who opened an account with capitec and i will be the one to deal with the company that didnt get the money from my account, that means banking with capitec is not safe anymore because any body can do whatever with my money while i think its safe in the bank.

i want to believe that they dont care about their clients anymore may be they are the ones who gave this company my account details thats my intake on the response i recieve and now i lost my R400
