Why should the customer lose???

One week ago, i went to the atm and discovered money was missing from my account R5 700, I immediately contacted my bank, and the case was investigated, 2 days later the investigator from Capitec tells me that I a sim swap was done at cell c, and I should take it up with them, and they would not pay my money back .the investigator said that I registered for cellphone banking which i did, I the customer did not however ACTIVATE the cellphone banking... why should i the customer take the matter up with cell c, because I trusted my hard earned money in Capitec. As a client of Capitec Bank, I feel that they should be insured against, and should protect my interest as I trusted them with my hard earned money, I cant even pay my rent now, people will lose faith in you Capitec if you cant honor the safety of money entrusted with you!!! I want my money back!!!
