No hassels helping me

Last week Thursday, the 24th, @ 09:57, I picked up a small hiccup on my Credit Card and called the Card Division. I spoke to the most helpful lady and for some reason I can just recall her name. But she sorted my little hiccup out for me in a shot.
The only thing that still worries me is that even after years ANDDD YEAARRSSSS of telling Card Division what my new physical address is, they still have it under the 19ancient time address. One I have not used in what must be close to 10 years now if not more.
I think that is why I have as yet not updated any other details. I have 4 accounts with Standard bank, and would hate to have to go thru any headaches like accounts not linked etc.
