I wanted to purchase something with my card when i realised it was epired. I called the credit card division only to be told that my card was in kimberley but i am in brits. I requested that my card be sent to the brits banch. No one has conacted me about the whereabouts of my card. I have even tried to complain on the standard bank website and no one has even called me back. This is unacceptable. Why must i run after standard bank the whole time as i am the client? The service i receive on my fnb accounts is impecable and sometimes wonder why i keep my other accounts open with standard bank?
