ABSA Appointed Attorneys - bad service

ABSA instructed Bangiso Mhlabeni Inc to do the lodgement at the deeds office on Thursday 3 October. The documents were sent to said attorney on Monday 7 October. After numerous calls and follow up from my side we eventually signed the paperwork on Tuesday 15 October. They were lodged on 16 October. I told Lindiwe when I spoke to her in the week of 7 October that I do not have a copy of our marraige certificate. She confirmed that it is in order, as long as I send a copy of our ANC and ID's, which I did. I have just been notified that the lodgement has been rejected due to us not having a copy of our marraige certificate. I am extremely angry as I confirmed with her 3 weeks ago and she said all will be in order. I did obtain a copy of said certificate within a day of her requesting it, thus it would not have been a delay if I was notified timeously. Now we have to wait an extra 5 - 7 days. When I spoke to ABSA they said the attorneys will contact me within 5 working days to sign the document, and lodgement will take 7-10 working days. According to the acceptable timeline the registration should have been done on Tursday 24 October. Poor service and I have to pay more than R8k for it
