Poor service from Goodersons Silversands

I bought a timeshare unit for a week in October in June, and I haven't received my time share certificate. On 20 August, I requested some feedback regarding the issue, and Colleen told me my certificate would be sent to me on that day via registered post. Today I e-mailed her and requested the waybill no and a scanned copy of my timeshare certificate, and she told me it wasn't posted yet and they will post it to me this week and I will receive the scanned copy of the certificate via e-mal. I haven't receive any e-mailed copy today and phoned her this evening, now she is full of excuses and told me she is not sure if the persons resposable for the signing have signed it yet! I regret dealing with them. How long do I have to wait and listen to stupid excuses? In about a month from now I have to book in for my holiday!
